All Rain & Con Nu

All Rain & Con Nu are the LTC oversight.

All Rain is also the senior translator for the base and the overseer of all the LIFE teams at LTC.

All Rain started at LTC in 2008 as a student and came on staff in 2008. He became the senior translator in 2009. All Rain & Con Nu have two children – Job & Grace

All Rain is a gifted song writer and song leader and is sought out as speaker and song leader in the nation of Myanmar.

All Rain and Con Nu are compassionate and passionate about the kingdom of God. Together they are an amazing couple with the call of God firmly on their lives.


Plargyi & Ro Dina


Plargyi and Ro Dina started at LTC in 2014 as a students and came on staff in 2015. Both Plargyi and Dina met at LTC and were married at the base in 2015. They have a daughter Ro Angel Plar.

Plargyi is a gentle pastoral leader with great wisdom. Dina is visionary and is gifted with children.

Together they are a wonderful gifted couple who support the work of LTC and work alongside All Rain and Con Nu.


Amen & Lon


Amen was a student at LTC in 2012 – He became a staff member in 2016

Amen came from a non-Christian family – (he is still the only Christian in his family)

Amen was married to Lon in 2018  – He loves netball, he enjoys mangos – and loves Rambo (our base dog) – Amen has a great sense of humour and is a really hard worker. He is loyal, supportive and great gift to LTC.

Overseer and Board In Australia

Mark, with his wife Susanne started Frankston Life Church in Victoria, Australia in 1993  and they have worked amongst the poor and disenfranchised for over 30 years.

They also oversee Frankston Life Community – a Christian welfare provider working with the poor and the disenfranchised in Frankston Australia.

They feel called to minister in Maesai and are frequent visitors. They oversee the school and training centre from Melbourne, Australia. Frankston Life Church are the main supporters of  Life Training Centre in Maesai.
